There has been a lot of talk in OKC about the coming of the new Savory Spice Shop, located at 4400 N. Western Avenue.  Good News! The wait is almost over and we are looking forward to opening the shop early in September, possibly as early as the eighth.  Construction is speeding along (every day feels like Christmas!) and Able and Deb have just returned from spending a couple of weeks of intensive spice training at the warehouse in Denver. 

Take a gander at these yummy cocoas we packaged up for you guys, perfect for making hot chocolate, after school cookies, mocha lattes or delicious desserts.

There is exciting news for the Oklahoma City radio listening area. Every Friday morning during football season, Able Blakley (a.k.a. The Magic Spice Man) will be a guest on Magic 104.1 FM KMGL radio, grilling for the guys at the station, talking spices and featuring Savory Spice Shop original seasonings.  On Saturdays we will have tasting samples available in the shop of whatever Able grilled at the station the day before, so stop in and taste them for yourself.
